Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact us at rezmindzproject@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• To request an exchange, email us at rezmindzproject@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request.

• We’ll ship out the new item once the original is received and approved.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at rezmindzproject@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
